Responsibilities
- Lead improvements to the ISA product and workflows.
- Conduct market research and ensure product compliance.
- Manage ISA intake and collateral management.
- Drive repayment and collection performance.
- Analyze data and deliver insights to leadership.
- Coordinate with teams on student status tracking.
- Manage communication and collect student feedback.
