- Experience in vendor management
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes
Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing activities by receiving RFS forms and issuing RFQs.
- Conduct vendor communications and site visits.
- Create comparison tables for vendor quotations.
- Negotiate prices with vendors as required.
- Review purchase requisition details for accuracy.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders upon approval.
- Coordinate with Finance for delivery orders and invoices.
