Core Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards
- Experience with SAP
- Understanding of IFRS and iGAAP
Responsibilities
- Manage asset records and perform period-end closing activities.
- Supervise associates in preparing tax accounts.
- Assist in audit preparation and dispute resolution.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Facilitate teamwork and communication.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
