Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Process Excellence
- Experience in retail or start-up environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Perform business process assessments for improvements.
- Establish and monitor Standard Operational Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain communication with cross-divisional teams.
- Provide guidance and training on new SOPs.
- Analyze business processes for efficiency.
- Adapt processes to fast-paced changes in the industry.
