Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- 5-7 years in Problem Management.
- Strong understanding of best practices.
- Experience in ITSM teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and log problems in the organization.
- Drive root cause analysis using various techniques.
- Analyze data to prevent potential failures.
- Participate in major incident management processes.
- Collaborate with Change Control team on RFCs.
- Oversee RCA for failed Service Levels.
- Maintain the Known Error Database.
