Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Medical)
- Minimum 6 months consultancy experience
- 1 year experience in Prior Authorization
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
Responsibilities
- Receive and process prior authorization requests.
- Submit medical records to insurance carriers.
- Review patient medical history for approvals.
- Manage correspondence with insurance companies.
- Document interactions in the EHR system.
- Ensure all supporting documents are complete.
- Assist with necessary documentation for approvals.
