Responsibilities
- Define business requirements for platform solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics of assigned platform.
- Liaise with stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Analyze data to identify platform improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and update project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with platform management standards.
- Conduct periodic management functions for platforms.
