Core Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SAP for costing and production
- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience in a multinational corporation
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
Responsibilities
- Manage cost analysis and budgeting processes
- Prepare and analyze fixed and indirect labor budgets
- Conduct variance analysis and provide corrective actions
- Safeguard assets and ensure internal controls
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
- Conduct BOM audits and ensure compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement programs
