- Ensure all cases are processed per regulatory authority timelines and SLAs.
- Manage and evaluate team performance.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Drive operational activities by collaborating with clients and management.
- Recognize and reward high-performing team members.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Accenture’s policies and contractual requirements.
