Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Monitor and respond to email/chat communications
- Create and send mass email communications
- Assign candidates to requisitions
- Send offer letters and coordinate interviews
- Respond in real-time using multiple systems
- Perform fulfillment tasks as assigned
