Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com/Finance/HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Calculate salary components including incentives and deductions.
- File monthly/quarterly payroll reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams.
- Handle employee salary-related queries.
- Generate payslips and salary statements.
