Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in packaging engineering.
- Experience in managing packaging BOMs and supplier coordination.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and HSE rules.
- Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define the packaging BOM and create packaging artwork.
- Develop new packaging to meet customer requirements.
- Propose actions to improve packaging quality and reduce costs.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Represent the project team in meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams for simultaneous engineering.
