Core Requirements

- At least 5 years of professional experience

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize GTM processes and workflows
- Take ownership of Customer Services and Delivery account assignments
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Design and develop reports and dashboards
- Conduct regular data analysis for actionable insights
- Deliver enablement training for new processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
