- 1-2 years experience in Microfinance
- Ability to conduct village surveys
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills
- Understanding of financial products
Responsibilities
- Conduct village surveys for customer prospecting.
- Source new customers and form JLG groups.
- Collect and validate customer information.
- Coordinate approvals and disbursements.
- Plan and notify customers for center meetings.
- Ensure collections and recoveries from customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing borrowers.
