- Conduct village surveys and customer prospecting.
- Source new customers and promote financial literacy.
- Handle data entry and document validation.
- Coordinate with branch management for approvals.
- Plan and conduct customer center meetings.
- Ensure compliance with collection schedules.
- Create daily reports and submit to Branch Manager.
