- Operate and monitor LCL orders via digital OMS
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams
- Handle operational exceptions and escalate when required
- Support billing accuracy and job closure
- Maintain SOP compliance and documentation discipline
- Participate in system improvements and workflow optimisation
- Understudy the LCL Operations Manager
