Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report contraventions.
- Inspect mining areas for safety and stability.
- Supervise inexperienced workers.
- Monitor and secure roadways and working places.
- Maintain records of operations and safety.
- Conduct inspections and ensure adequate ventilation.
- Respond to accidents and supervise rescue operations.
