Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Media
- At least 2 years of experience in video editing
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Fluent in Nepali and English
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and MS Office
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and facilitating training workshops
- Coordinate logistics for training events
- Record high-quality videos during workshops
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
- Support feedback collection from trainees
- Create visual content for social media
- Organize travel logistics for training programs
