Responsibilities
- Draft and review reports and proposals for clients.
- Identify restructuring options based on client objectives.
- Conduct detailed fiscal and regulatory reviews.
- Review transaction documents like share purchase agreements.
- Assist in pitching for new business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage invoicing and client engagement letters.
- Support knowledge sharing and training within the team.
