- Develop and implement business cases for change.
- Embed operational excellence frameworks across the business.
- Map service delivery operations and identify bottlenecks.
- Standardize operational activities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure quality and knowledge management frameworks are established.
- Publish learnings to enhance operational excellence.
