  • 5-10 years of experience in Major Incident Management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles
  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • ITIL certification is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of P1/Major Incidents from detection to resolution
  • Act as the single point of contact during critical outages
  • Lead war rooms and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Drive faster recovery by removing blockers
  • Deliver timely updates to customers and leadership
  • Prepare RCA, RFO, and Post-Incident Action Plans
  • Ensure effective communication during incidents
