Core Requirements
- Vocational diploma in Technical engineering or related discipline
- Certification in forklift operation and one other specialty
- 6 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations
- 1 to 2 years of experience in people management
- Strong knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs
- Document deviations in compliance with SOPs
- Coordinate contractor activities for maintenance tasks
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Create and close work requests in the maintenance system
- Train and coach other maintenance staff
