- Ability to work with Zoom during shifts
Responsibilities
- Manage loan applications from start to finish
- Identify and request missing documentation
- Assess borrower's borrowing capacity
- Conduct comprehensive loan analysis
- Maintain customer data using HubSpot and Infinity
- Build relationships with brokers and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless processing
