- Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline
- 5-7 years experience in Linux Servers
- Knowledge of VMware and x86 servers
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve incidents in Linux/Unix server platforms
- Perform regular server operations including setup and upgrades
- Troubleshoot system performance issues
- Maintain technical documentation
- Provide support for server and storage issues
- Liaise with external vendors for IT operations
- Work night shifts and on public holidays as needed
