Core Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Fitness or related field.

- Ability to prepare operational documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of fitness staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest service in fitness facilities.
- Conduct fitness classes and engage with members.
- Maintain luxury and safety standards in equipment.
- Develop new fitness programs and membership packages.
- Monitor revenue and operational performance.
- Foster collaboration with other hotel departments.
