Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering
- 5 years experience in manufacturing or repair environments
- Lean training or equivalent quality training
- Strong mechanical design background
- Ability to drive projects to completion
Responsibilities
- Lead NCR closure initiatives to ensure quality.
- Manage the maintenance of REI repair documents.
- Conduct process audits to identify non-conformances.
- Drive projects for NCR reduction.
- Lead RCA and BIQ efforts.
- Implement lean methodologies in operations.
- Share best practices with global engineering teams.
