Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 3–5 years of corporate legal experience
- Strong background in contract review
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial laws
- Good English reading and writing skills
Responsibilities
- Review and develop company policies for legal compliance.
- Provide legal support for investment projects.
- Monitor and update relevant laws.
- Review and manage company contracts.
- Handle registration of trademarks and IP assets.
- Advise departments on legal actions.
- Support dispute resolution and manage bad debts.
