Core Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant contract experience
- Lawyer license and notarial service attorney certificate preferred
- In-house experience with a major international company
- Broad knowledge of corporate and commercial laws
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on commercial activities and procurement
- Draft, negotiate, and review contracts
- Manage licenses and permits for investment projects
- Assist in delivering business projects and legal matters
- Conduct legal trainings and updates
- Develop legal templates and simplify processes
- Monitor local regulatory developments and provide guidance
