Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements
- Prepare and review media rights and licensing contracts
- Organize Board and Committee meetings
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
- Provide legal advice to various teams
- Coordinate with external legal counsel
- Conduct legal research and risk assessments
