Responsibilities
- Review and revise BU's Contracts and documents
- Provide legal advice to BU's senior management
- Participate in business strategy planning
- Implement new legal initiatives within the Legal Department
- Develop standard contract templates for BU
- Communicate legal concepts to various organizational levels
- Build relationships with clients while maintaining professional integrity
