Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate law
- Philippine Bar membership
- Strong understanding of Philippine corporate laws
- Experience in contracts and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Review and manage contracts
- Draft and revise commercial agreements
- Conduct legal research on relevant topics
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws
- Prepare and maintain corporate records
- Collaborate with various departments
- Provide legal training to internal stakeholders
