Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
- 5-7 years of experience in real estate and M&A
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Support legal advisory for real estate projects
- Assist in advising on mergers and acquisitions
- Draft and review agreements
- Obtain licenses and approvals
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance
- Identify legal risks and propose solutions
- Prepare reports on compliance and project progress
