Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents for various vehicles.
- Assist in resolving legal issues and disputes.
- Prepare and review company policies and contracts.
- Represent the company in legal forums.
- Draft minutes, letters, and legal correspondence.
- Verify authenticity of legal documents.
- Provide legal training to staff.
