Responsibilities
- Coordinate L&D programs and events
- Assist in designing learning materials
- Manage the Learning Portal and LMS
- Craft newsletters for program participants
- Conduct data analysis on training effectiveness
- Prepare reports using learning analytics
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
