Responsibilities
- Manage staffing of cohorts effectively.
- Interact with senior leadership for team staffing.
- Ensure people development needs are met.
- Prepare staffing forecasts for meetings.
- Oversee Incoming and Outgoing COS candidates.
- Manage Cohort's leave during peak periods.
- Facilitate the Career Development Cycle process.
