Core Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data science and analytics
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts
- Guide the team on data requests and business intelligence initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Collaborate with department heads to identify data-driven opportunities
- Design scalable processes for data collection and analysis
- Develop a comprehensive data science strategy
- Establish data governance policies for compliance
