Core Requirements
- Vocational School in General or Management
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing

Responsibilities
- Control and validate product quality from raw materials to finished products
- Maintain sanitation processes and lab equipment
- Operate SPIRIT label machine and packaging equipment
- Prepare operation procedures and daily reports
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices and personal hygiene standards
- Work in a team to achieve strategic objectives
- Adhere to safety standards in the working environment
