- Achieve sales targets for assigned key accounts
- Build relationships with internal and external customers
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Oversee contract negotiations and pricing agreements
- Track market share and competitor activities
- Provide product training and technical support
