- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Manage team performance to meet standards
- Develop automated machine technology for efficiency
- Create and control a TPM system for machines
- Teach and enforce SOPs
- Communicate with vendors regarding machine performance
- Conduct Gemba activities
