Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Geoscience, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas
At least 3 years in stakeholder or JV management
Understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance processes
Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools

Responsibilities

Manage JV partner and regulatory relationships
Coordinate governance forums and meetings
Interface between technical teams and external stakeholders
Oversee AFE submissions and Year-End Reporting
Contribute to exploration asset reviews
Ensure compliance with PSC and partner requirements
Prepare materials for key governance discussions
