Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Geoscience, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in upstream Oil & Gas
At least 3 years in stakeholder or JV management
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and JV agreements
Experience in financial planning and budgeting

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with JV partners and regulatory bodies
Coordinate governance forum materials for financial visibility
Support exploration asset teams as an interface with stakeholders
Oversee financial processes, including AFE submissions
Contribute to exploration asset reviews and submissions
Ensure regulatory compliance and approvals are met
Actively engage in aligning strategic objectives with JV partners
