Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests
- Diagnose and resolve day-to-day IT issues
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding
- Install and maintain workstation software
- Log and resolve support tickets
- Perform software updates
- Maintain IT asset records
