Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- At least 3 years in IT infrastructure roles
- Proven experience in leading IT projects
- Strong network experience (Juniper / Meraki)
- Business level English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for stores and warehouses
- Manage and troubleshoot networks using Juniper/Meraki technologies
- Lead IT infrastructure and retail-related projects
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for IT operations
- Manage vendors and ensure service quality
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle and maintain inventory records
- Handle documentation and reporting for IT operations
