- Experience in US IT recruitment.

- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn and ATS.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through various platforms.
- Screen candidates for technical and communication skills.
- Submit candidates on VMS/MSP portals.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly submission targets.
