Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and backup for email, network, and servers
- Update and maintain email and RDP systems
- Manage network firewall configurations
- Ensure email and server functionality
- Log troubleshooting solutions
- Plan infrastructure needs
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform virtualization setup
