- Strong troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain computers and office equipment
- Provide remote and on-site user support
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor IT equipment usage
- Liaise with service providers for issue resolution
- Assist with IT procurement
- Ensure compliance with security policies
