Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees accessing EAP services.
- Provide services in a professional manner.
- Capture all relevant information for clinical management.
- Adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.
- Manage risk effectively during counseling sessions.
- Work within a team to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain a good telephone manner and provide telephonic therapy.
