Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computing, science, or a related field
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Strong academic background and interest in applied research
- Full-time commitment for the duration of the program
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research aligned with the company’s business and technological needs
- Collaborate closely with both academic and industry supervisors throughout the research
- Spend at least 50% of research time at the company’s premises
- Prepare and publish academic papers or technical reports where applicable
- Participate in regular reviews, seminars, and research milestone assessments
- Present findings to both academic and industry stakeholders
- Align research focus with the project’s objectives
