Responsibilities

Serve as the HR point of contact for employees and managers.
Administer employee life cycle activities.
Support intake tasks from Regional HR Business Partners.
Lead various HR projects to enhance processes.
Liaise with functional departments on HR cases.
Act as a role model within the HR Operations team.
Mentor junior HR team members.
