Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HR point of contact for employees and managers.
  • Administer employee life cycle activities.
  • Support intake tasks from Regional HR Business Partners.
  • Lead various HR projects to enhance processes.
  • Liaise with functional departments on HR cases.
  • Act as a role model within the HR Operations team.
  • Mentor junior HR team members.
