- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Experience with HRIS tools.
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
- Strong documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate HRIS employee data.
- Support HRIS configuration and enhancements.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Standardize HR operational processes.
- Document HR processes and SOPs.
- Ensure HRIS accuracy for payroll.
- Collaborate with IT on system improvements.
